Having worked in two international organizations (WWF and United Nations Development Programme) for more than a decade, Brian Lee is fast becoming a highly sought after career coach, trainer and speaker.

Although he did not come from a traditional HR background, he was reluctantly roped in to sit in interview panels for a broad range of positions, ranging from technical to operational.Through this experience, he has identified patterns that allowed him to develop various career related training programs such as the “How To Ace Your Job Interview” workshops.

These programs are designed using enhanced tools such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the 80-20 Rule (Paretto Principle) as well as effective coaching techniques that emphasize results over theories.

He is the author of an exciting new book “Top Ten Mistakes Malaysians Make At Job Interviews” (soon to be out) which is based on a survey of Malaysian hiring managers from various industries. He is currently working on his next book.

He has trained graduates from various Universities and Colleges including Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Universiti Malaya and Kolej Damansara Utama, among others.

Brian’s unique approach of incorporating fun experiential and accelerated learning in the workshops has proven by real world results to be a refreshing and effective experience for his students.

This is the same approach he takes with the clients he is coaching and mentoring. Brian is now developing to further the applications of NLP in the field of career enhancement and fulfillment with a particular focus on stress management and relaxation. He is currently experimenting with the applications of Sleight of Mouth language patterns, Metaprograms and Conversational Hypnosis for coaching purposes.

Brian has been conducting weekly NLP and Hypnosis practice sessions for the past few years. He will soon launch a series of evening NLP Language Mastery Classes in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya.
